Andres Lebaudy, Ph.D.         CEO and Co-Founder
Dr. Lebaudy has served as Fairmount Automation's CEO since co-founding the company in 1996. He is charged with executing the company's expansion plans and for communicating and realizing its strategic vision. Dr. Lebaudy developed the Design Pad application package that is used to program all of Fairmount Automation's hardware. In addition, Dr. Lebaudy maintains an advisory role in the company's engineering activities, particularly its advanced research and software development initiatives. Dr. Lebaudy earned a Ph.D. degree from Drexel University in 1996, and concurrently completed Master of Science and Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering programs at Drexel University in 1993. He currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board for Drexel's College of Engineering. Email

Gary Cane                               Vice President, Product Engineering and Co-Founder 
Mr. Cane is the technological visionary behind Fairmount Automation's products. He is primarily responsible for assessing the needs of the controls industry and overseeing our new product design and development initiatives to meet those needs. He is also actively involved in formulating the company's strategic plans and managing its resources. Mr. Cane fully specifies our product line, and actively participates in all aspects of their development (software, electrical and mechanical). Prior to obtaining an ownership interest in Fairmount Automation, Mr. Cane worked as a hardware engineer at the Opex Corporation, where he designed and developed high-speed mail sorting machines. Mr. Cane earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University in 1996 and his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University in 1993. Email

Brian Callahan                         Vice President, Engineering Services
Mr. Callahan joined Fairmount Automation in 2000 and is principally responsible for managing and expanding the company's engineering services unit. In addition, he is responsible for supporting the application of the company's products in the U.S. Navy and is often called upon to assist in the design and development of shipboard control systems. Mr. Callahan worked as an automation and control systems integrator for over 10 years for Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Philadelphia, where he designed and implemented microprocessor-based systems to modernize propulsion and auxiliary control systems on most Navy gas turbine, steam (conventional and nuclear) and diesel surface ships. He also held a position in NSWC's Machinery Research and Development Directorate, where he researched the use of distributed control networking technology for the purpose of creating survivable automated damage control systems, and authored several reports describing the application of these systems on present and future Navy surface combatants. Mr. Callahan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University in 1993. Email
