Schema Viewer 2000 Downloads

Please note that you will need to obtain a run-time license from Fairmount Automation before this program will function.  Contact a sales person for more information.

To install directly from your hard disk:

  • Click on the link below, choose 'save this program to disk', and choose a location on your hard disk to temporarily save the file.

  • Run the downloaded file 'SV2000v212.exe' and uncompress everything into an empty temporary folder on your hard disk (such as C:\FASV_Temp).  

  • Run the 'Setup.exe' file from the C:\FASV_Temp folder.  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

  • Erase the temporary folder you created earlier (i.e. C:\FASV_Temp) and the 'SV2000v212.exe' program you downloaded as they will no longer be needed.

To make a set of 1.44MB floppy installer disks:

  • Click on the link below, choose 'save this program to disk', and choose a location on your hard disk to temporarily save the file.

  • Run the downloaded file 'SV2000v212_FLOPPY.exe' and uncompress everything into an empty temporary folder on your hard disk (such as C:\FASV_FTemp).  

  • Prepare three blank formatted floppy disks labeled Disk 1, Disk 2, and Disk 3.  

  • Copy the contents of the disk 1 subfolder located in the temporary folder you created earlier (i.e. C:\FASV_FTemp) onto the blank floppy labeled Disk 1.  Repeat for disks 2 and 3.

  • Erase the temporary folder you created earlier (i.e. C:\FASV_FTemp) and the 'SV2000v212_FLOPPY.exe' program you downloaded as they will no longer be needed.

  • To install Schema Viewer from the disk set that was just created, insert Disk 1 into the drive and run 'Setup.exe'.  Note that Disk 3 may not be used during the installation process.
